Al-Ikhtiyar li Ta‘lil al-Mukhtar is a famous Hanafi Fiqh book written by Allama Abdullah bin Mahmood bin Mawdood Al-Mawsili (d. 683 AH). It is a commentary on Al-Mukhtar, explaining Hanafi rulings along with their reasoning and evidences.
