Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
- Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

We offer the following shipping options:

- Cost: Higher than standard shipping, calculated at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Available only for local orders within Pakistan.
- Delivery time: Same as standard shipping.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the products and the shipping destination.
- For orders over [minimum order value], we offer free shipping within Pakistan.
4. International Shipping
- Currently, we offer international shipping to select countries.
- International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number (if available).
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the respective courier’s website.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to LOCALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY .
- We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
7. Delays and Issues
- While we strive to ship orders promptly, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, courier issues, or public holidays).
- If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. We encourage you to contact us for assistance if your shipment has not arrived within the expected delivery window.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- In the event that your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or a refund.
- If your tracking number shows delivery but you did not receive your order, please get in touch with us immediately.

- Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
